3. Account, Orders & Account Cancellation

    • Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer. Once checked out, you will receive confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

    • Right to Refuse: Muthu Traders reserves the baseline right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing/typographical errors, suspicious fraudulent activity, or bulk commercial abuse.

    • Refunds on Cancellation: If an order is canceled by us after payment processing, the entire transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment mode within our standard timeline.

4. Payments & Billing Information

    • We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

    • To ensure seamless processing and secure delivery, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). 

    •  You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions to avoid any shipping delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

    • Estimated delivery dates are rough timelines. Muthu Traders utilizes trusted third-party courier partners for delivery.

    • We shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, operational courier delays, or incorrect address info provided by the user.

6. User Code of Conduct

You explicitly agree not to use this website to:

    • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

    • Distribute malware, viruses, or attempt unauthorized hacking into the portal’s backend.

    • Impersonate any individual or entity, or provide false registration/billing data.

7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Brands

    • Proprietary Content: All logos, design assets, website layout, graphics, and textual content are owned by or licensed to Muthu Traders.

    • Third-Party Trademarks: Certain personal care items sold on our platform belong to third-party manufacturers, including Zoy organic products. All respective brand names, trademarks, copyrights, and logos belong to their respective corporate owners. Muthu Traders acts strictly as an authorized reseller/distributor.

8. Limitation of Liability

    • Muthu Traders, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products sold.

    • Personal care and sanitary products must be used exactly in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions printed on the packaging. Customers are advised to check product ingredients for known allergies.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    • Any disputes or legal claims arising out of the usage of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in  Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
