Refund & Return Policy

At Muthu Traders, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Since we deal with personal hygiene products, we maintain strict safety standards. Please read our policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds below.

1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Due to hygiene and personal care safety regulations, sanitary napkins and personal care products cannot be returned or replaced once the packaging is opened or used.

We accept return or replacement requests ONLY under the following circumstances:

    • The product received was damaged during transit.

    • The wrong item or size was delivered.

    • The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Request Timeline & Mandatory Verification

    • 48-Hour Window: Any issue regarding damage, shortage, or wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

    • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from showing the shipping label to opening the package and revealing the defect. No claims will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Opened or partially used sanitary napkins/personal care items.

    • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

    • Products bought during clearance sales or special promotional discounts (unless delivered damaged).

4. Return Shipping & Logistics

    • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from our end at no extra cost (subject to pin-code availability).

    • If reverse pickup is not available for your location, we will request you to ship the product back to us via a reliable local courier, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (up to a reasonable capped amount) upon receipt of the courier bill.

5. Replacement vs. Refund Process

    • First Preference (Replacement): If eligible, we will ship a replacement product free of cost, subject to stock availability.

    • Refund Alternative: If the stock is unavailable, we will initiate a refund.

    • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

6. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

    • Once the order is dispatched and a tracking ID is generated, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the customer will have to accept the delivery.
